Exchanges and returns
At Sealence Community SL, we want you to feel secure and satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a simple process for exchanges and returns.
Conditions for exchanges or returns:

You can request an exchange or return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your request.

To request an exchange or refund , you must complete our form or contact us at hello@sealence.es .

The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with the protective film and tag intact.

Articles that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

No exchanges or returns are accepted for any accessories.

Shipping costs for any returned order will be borne by the customer, both in Spain and internationally.
The refund will be issued once we receive and verify the returned product. -
Sealence is not responsible for packages lost during return, so we recommend using a service with a tracking number.
Manufacturing defects:
If your swimsuit or accessory has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
We will evaluate the case and, if the defect is confirmed, we will cover the costs of the exchange or refund.
This warranty does not cover damage due to use, washing or mishandling.
