Shipping Policy
Order processing and tracking:

When you place your Sealence order, you will receive a confirmation email.

The order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your order tracking so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

The shipping company will deliver your order within the estimated delivery times after it has been prepared.

If you haven't received your order after the specified time for each country, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Sealence Community SL is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

For international shipments, additional customs-related charges may apply.
The recipient will be responsible for paying taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in their country.
If the customer refuses to pay these charges, the shipment will be rejected and returned to our warehouse, and the amount of the products will be refunded less any costs incurred due to the rejection.
Sealence Community SL is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, requests for additional documentation, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Sealence ships to all of Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands), Europe and internationally.

Europe: 3 to 7 business days*

Rest of the world: 5 to 20 business days*
