Purchasing process

Users can purchase products through the website by following the established purchasing process:

Added to cart
Entering shipping and billing data
Confirmation and secure payment

After completing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Prices and payment methods

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the corresponding VAT.

5. Shipments

We ship to Spain and internationally.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination and production load.

Peninsular Spain: 2-3 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
International: 5–20 business days

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process before completing the order.

6. Return and exchange policy

All our products are custom-made , so we do not accept standard returns under the right of withdrawal regulated by Directive 2011/83/EU. This exclusion is based on Article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

Defective product or shipping error
Change of size or color, subject to availability, within 15 calendar days from delivery
